In addition to TIC investments, Wilkinson 1031 is experienced in developing Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) investments for clients. These TIC and DST investments can be created with a variety of assets, including multi-family and student housing, as well as senior care communities, an area Wilkinson 1031 pioneered, thanks to in-house management capabilities.
